MS-UK

MS-UK is here to help people affected by MS find trusted information, support and connections, so they can make choices that feel right for them. We support people to take an active role in managing their health and wellbeing.

MS affects the brain and spinal cord. It can bring a wide range of symptoms, which vary from person to person and may change over time. Everyone’s experience is different.

How we can help

MS-UK Helpline

Our trained team offers information and emotional support to people with MS, their families and carers. Talk to us about anything connected to life with MS, from treatment options and benefits to equipment and home adaptations. Contact us by phone, email, live web chat or WhatsApp. Our Choices booklets also offer clear information on a wide range of topics.

Online activities

Join exercise classes, chair yoga, meditation, Qigong, mindfulness courses and information sessions from anywhere in the UK. Topics include mental health, bladder and bowel health, exercise, diet and supplements.

Peer support

Our volunteer led Peer Pods bring people together online to share experiences, build friendships and support one another. Groups include spaces for people who are newly diagnosed, carers and those looking for a regular drop in.

New Pathways

Our magazine is published every other month. It features MS news and research, personal stories and balanced information about different ways to manage life with MS.

Training and learning

Our online courses and webinars help professionals understand MS and support the people they work with. Sessions include lived experience and cover subjects such as counselling, social prescribing and care.

Whatever your experience or choices, MS-UK is here to help you find information and support when you need it.
